1. What this site is
bestaipokerbots.com is an editorial publication. It ranks and compares poker software using information the vendors themselves publish. It is not a shop, not a vendor, and not an agent for any product it writes about. Nothing here can be bought from us.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. The ranking is an opinion
Positions and scores are our editorial judgement, formed from published documentation on a fixed set of criteria described in the methodology section of the ranking. Another reviewer applying different weights would produce a different order, and that would not make either ranking wrong.
Where we report a vendor's own figure — a win rate, a response time, an accuracy percentage — we label it as the vendor's claim. We did not reproduce those figures ourselves and we do not warrant them.
3. Accuracy and staleness
Prices, feature lists and room coverage change without notice. Every fact here was correct on the date shown at the top of the ranking and may have changed since. Check the vendor's own site before you pay for anything.
We correct errors when we learn about them. If you have found one, tell us and include a source.
4. This is not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice. Poker involves risk of financial loss, and no software removes it.
Third-party assistance software violates the terms of service of most poker platforms. Using it can cost you your account and your balance. That decision, and its consequences, belong entirely to you. We describe what vendors offer; we do not encourage you to break any operator's rules, and we cannot indemnify you if you do.
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
5. Money and independence
This site earns nothing from the vendors it writes about. There are no affiliate arrangements, no paid placements and no advertising on these pages, and no outbound link here is monetised.
Nobody has bought a position, a score or a sentence, and no such offer would be accepted. If that ever changes, it will be stated here and in the footer of every page before it takes effect.
6. Links to other sites
Outbound links are provided for reference. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, their pricing or their conduct, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Your use of the site
You may read, quote and share this material with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers.
Do not use our forms to send abuse, spam, malware or anyone else's personal data.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from any decision you take after reading it — including money lost at poker, an account closed by an operator, or a purchase that disappointed you.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
