1. Who we are

bestaipokerbots.com publishes editorial rankings and comparisons of poker software. We decide what personal data this site processes and why, which makes us the controller of that data. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@bestaipokerbots.com.

2. What we actually collect

This is a static site. It has no user accounts, no shopping cart and no advertising network embedded in it.

  • Nothing at all, if you only read. Reading a page does not require you to give us anything, and we run no analytics script at the time of writing.
  • Server access logs. Our hosting provider records the usual technical entries for every request: IP address, time, requested address, browser and operating system string, and the page you came from. These are produced by the web server, not by us, and are used for security and troubleshooting.
  • What you type into a form. If you use the support form or suggest a tool for the ranking, we receive the name, e-mail address and message text you enter. Your IP address is stored alongside it only as an irreversible hash, used to limit automated submissions.
  • Your cookie choice. Stored in your own browser, not on our server. See the cookie page.

We never ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category of personal data. Do not send them to us.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

  • Keeping the site running and defending it from abuse — our legitimate interest in a working, non-abused website.
  • Answering your message — we process what you send because you asked us to reply.
  • Measuring audience — only with your consent, and only if analytics is switched on. It is not switched on today.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

  • Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf as part of running the site.
  • Google Fonts serves two typefaces from Google's servers. Your browser therefore requests those files directly from Google, which makes your IP address visible to Google. If that matters to you, blocking third-party font requests in your browser leaves the site fully readable in system fonts.

If we ever add analytics, this page will name the provider before it runs.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The only thing it stores in your browser is a single entry recording whether you accepted or declined analytics. It sits in local storage, never reaches our server, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep things

  • Form submissions — up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
  • Server logs — as long as our hosting provider retains them, typically a few weeks.
  • Your cookie choice — until you clear your browser storage.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully.

Write to hello@bestaipokerbots.com and we will answer within one month. If you believe we handled your data badly, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Children

This site covers real-money gambling software and is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data from children.

9. Changes

When this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not backdate.
